After acquiring a company in Lviv, Ukraine, Cognizant management decided to extend the local team and turned to us for recruitment assistance. The main technologies required were .NET, Java, Angular, React, JavaScript, etc. They also wanted to enhance their recruitment team with a team lead.
Considering that the client was looking for specialists to work in the office, we were limited to the local pool of IT professionals. Their budgets were also precise, which made the task even more challenging. Knowing the local talent market and strategies for working with objections, we successfully hired 14 people. This list includes QA engineers, full-stack developers, development team leads, a senior architect, a security engineer, and a recruitment team lead.
